A faded black and white snapshot, cluttered and poorly lit, depicts Henry Ford and Doctor George Washington Carver in conversation at Tuskegee University. This is the only reference available that could in some measure, show the relationship of these two gentlemen, their friendship and their mutual respect.

Tony meets Catherine Rothschild, beautiful and sophisticated, in the company of Susan and Jim Taylor. There’s a murder, of course. Jim, an agency client and good friend of Tony’s, is found poisoned after a dinner party at the Taylor mansion. Susan, a seductive honey-blonde, has overwhelmed a rather morally weak Tony James and heavy guilt over the affair leaves him obsessed for justice The dinner party guests, international and incongruous, are the primary suspects. Our trio uncovers a Nazi museum treasure scam which leads them through many adventures in many lands. The story progresses around a romance, then confrontation, a reunion in Havana, a commando style raid on a drug processing plant in Argentina with an extremely beautiful C.I.A. agent, an orgy in Naples, another death in Geneva and a princely party in Monte Carlo that almost ends our hero’s life… There’s also a twist or two in the plot.

Brother Joe is kidnapped by the big man and his bizarre rescue uncovers another facet to the plot, The President is to be assassinated. .. Is it another of our country’s enemies or a very powerful megalomaniac?.. And why?
